Choc Breakfast Donuts

For the batter:
 1.5 cups quick oats
 1/2 cup granulated sugar/alternative
 3/4 cup Califia Farms Original Oat Milk
 3 tbsp. protein powder/almond meal
 1 tsp. baking powder
 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
 2 tsp. flaxmeal
For the topping:
 25g melted dairy free chocolate
 1 tsp. coconut oil
 Desiccated coconut
Method:

Preheat oven to 170C. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a sticky dough.

Pour batter into greased donut moulds. Bake for 20 minutes or until the surface is firm and no longer sticky.

Let it cool while you melt chocolate and coconut in a bowl. Dip each donut into melted
chocolate and dust with coconut.

Set aside at room temperature for 1 hour or until chocolate coating is set.
