 1 Small banana, frozen
 1 cup Milk of choice
 1 tbsp Mayver’s Skin On Peanut Butter
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Ginger, ground
 ¼ tsp Nutmeg
 Ice for blending

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon for serving.
